As a Field-Based ACA Enrollment Agent, you will utilize your expertise to assist clients in navigating and enrolling in the appropriate health insurance plans under the Affordable Care Act.

Compensation :
$80,000 - $89,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- All new agents must attend a mandatory orientation, available in-person every Monday through Saturday at 10 : 30 AM and via Zoom at 12 : 00 PM.
- Travel within your designated region to meet with clients and facilitate the enrollment process.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage client interactions and ensure smooth application processes.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in ACA regulations and health insurance policies.
- Meet and exceed personal and team enrollment targets to qualify for weekly production bonuses
Qualifications :
- Current insurance license with the ability to quote ACA plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Experience in using CRM systems efficiently.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the health insurance domain.
- Ability to travel as needed within your territory.
